Payment & cancellation policy
Payment is required before the lesson unless otherwise arranged with the instructor. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson are eligible for a refund. Late cancellations and missed lessons are not eligible for a refund unless the instructor agrees otherwise.
Our barn reserves a specific horse, instructor, and time slot for every rider. Missing or cancelling a lesson late affects the facility’s schedule and the care planned for our horses.
